Now accepting resumé submissions for Rose of Athens Theatre Summer Academy. Positions to be filled include Lead Teachers, Teaching Assistants, & Student Interns. Please send your resumé, three references, and a short summary of why you want to work with Rose of Athens Theatre.
Academy runs June 27-July 22, 2016. This is an all day camp. Applicants need to be available for the full duration of classes and have the flexibility to teach ages 7-18. Classes taught include Musical Theatre, Improv, Scene Study, Ensemble, Movement, Voice and Speech. Email email@example.com.
Alice tumbles into Athens February 25-March 5, 2016 at historic Seney Stovall Chapel! The stage version, based on Lewis Carroll’s famous novel Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass, follows the journey of a little girl named Alice who stumbles or rather drops into the magical world of Wonderland. There, Alice meets an array of whimsical characters that challenge and inspire her inner spirit. It is a tale of courage, self-discovery, and imagination.
School performances are February 25 & 26 and March 2, 3, 4 at 9:30 AM and 11:30 AM. Public performances are February 26 & February 27 and March 4 & 5 at 7:00 PM.
Performances will be held at Seney Stovall Chapel on 201 N. Milledge Ave. Athens, GA.
